The Rotary International District 3800 is composed of Rotaract Clubs coming from Malabon, Navotas, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Marikina, Pasig, San Juan and Mandaluyong in Metro Manila and from the province of Rizal in the Philippines. It is headed by District Rotaract Representative Remark Acuña for the Rotary Year 2018-2019 with the theme, "Be The Inspiration."

To provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.
