Rotaract Club of San Juan East to host this year's Midyear Review

Rotaract clubs from the district may now prepare for the upcoming mid-year review. As announced by District Rotaract Representative Debbie Demen, this year's Mid-year Review will be hosted by the Rotaract Club of San Juan East, sponsored by Rotary Club of San Juan East, headed by All Star Team President Khyle Bradley Detita. The event will be held at Daza Park Pavillion, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City on January 22, 2017 from 1:00PM up to 5:00PM.
The objectives of the mid-year review is to share important updates and achievements of the Rotaract clubs, and to assess the clubs' progress so that the district leaders may help them to with the areas of improvement and guide them to finish the Rotary Year strong.
The host club reminded the clubs to prepare a video (maximum of 5 minutes) or a presentation (maximum of 60 slides) consisting of their club's accomplishments from July 2016 up to January 2017. Send the video/presentation of your club at rotaract.sanjuaneast@gmail.com on/before January 20, 2017. Also, prepare a back up file saved on a flashdrive in case technical problems arises. The district also reminds to prepare 5 copies of their reports, one copy as colored and four others as photocopied, inside a blue sliding folder.
Participants may register online and onsite. The deadline of online registration is on January 18, 2017, and the fees are P 100 for those who registered online, and P 150 for the registrants on-site. The participants must wear their club uniforms to represent their clubs. Presidents and secretaries are required to attend. If the president or secretary is not available during that day, the club may be represented by another officer of the club.
